Day 0
Commercial flights from the United States to Havana are the most common way to travel between the two countries, and we recommend that guests arrange their own flights. The tour will begin in Havana at 11:00 AM on Day 1. To account for possible delays or cancellations, we suggest arriving a day early. If you'd like, we can assist in booking an additional night's accommodation as part of your extended stay.
If you prefer to arrive on Day 1, please ensure that your flight lands no later than 10:00 AM so you can be at the airport in our meeting point by 11:00 AM.
Alternatively, you might consider flying into Miami the night before and catching an early flight to Havana the next morning, if that works better for your schedule.
Our team is happy to help with travel planning and can answer any questions you have about your trip to Cuba.
Important Note: Travel in Cuba requires flexibility and patience. Our itinerary is full, and, as mandated by U.S. regulations, includes a variety of meaningful cultural interactions with local people. However, Cuba operates on its own schedule, so plans may change unexpectedly. While we strive to meet the objectives of this "Support for the Cuban People" program, please be aware that activities or visits listed are subject to change.
